Vocal Empowerment - Giving voice to the Body

An exploration to reinhabit the body and give voice to the wisdom and truth that speak within your form.  So often in our western culture the mind ends up speaking on behalf of the body, instead of the body being able to speak and advocate for itself. This workshop is a deep dive into practicing listening and presencing with with body and all of it's sensations and secrets to build a more intimate and loving relationship with this magical vessel of spirit in flesh. This is a tool for anyone seeking to deepen thier understanding of phyical symptoms, descend into the soul space of form, or release tensions and traumas stored in the body by softening into a loving and listening relationship with one's own body space.
