This is the most potent form of healing I have found. The utter simplicity and potency of what the breath can offer you in physical, emotional, and spiritual healing is incomparable. It's a sustainable practice for those who wish to uproot old limiting beliefs and create a direct connection with the wisom and beauty of their higher self.
Here we simply connect the breath without a pause, fully let go of the exhale, and breathe through an open mouth to awaken and expand life into the pelvic floor again, re-noursihing the roots of our being one breath at a time. We are suffocating in our daily lives, and through opening up to recieve this immense gift of life again and again, we come home to true viality and life changing healing.

We acknowledge that we use a Sioux Tipi here on stolen land along the Hood River. We honor the many lineages of people who have used these structues for thousands of years, and we are humble to be borrowing this one for the use of collective healing, using the medicine of the breath.
