Join us for an evening of deep restoration, courageous presence, and sacred breath. This Breathwave ceremony is an invitation to soften the edges, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with the quiet intelligence of your own body and soul.
Guided by the rhythm of the breath, we will enter a space of non-ordinary awareness—where emotion becomes motion, and the unseen can be felt. Through this circular, connected breath pattern, we dissolve old stories, awaken dormant vitality, and remember the truth of who we are beneath the noise.
Come exactly as you are. No experience necessary. Just a willing heart, a curious spirit, and the desire to breathe yourself back home.
Please bring a water bottle, journal and an open heart.
