Welcome back friends to another beautiful and sweet community breath, where we drop into our bodies and hearts to expand our capacity to receive the gifts of this beautiful and wild life.
Please arrive on time.
We have yoga mats and blankets for you - but you're welcome to bring your own.
Bring a journal, item for the altar if you like, and a water bottle.
