Breathwave Community Ceremony 4/27

Breathwave is a powerfully gentle approach to conscious connected breathing. This is a modality aimed to reconnect you to the state of ease and trust in your body and in your life through returning to a breath pattern that awakens the spirit, clears the emotional body, and clarifies the mind. This practice is open to all, and is a perfect way to meet life again in the heart of presence, embodiment, and belonging through the medicine of your own breath.

Jenny is a multi-skilled healing artist, space holder and truth coach who is devoted to making space for the true nature of our humanity to remember its inherent belonging in a wild and wonderful world. Jenny has studied the art of breath from Robin Clements in Vancouver, CA and holds regular ceremonies for couples and individuals who need to get out of the mind and into the body to better navigate the many challenges that arise in life. She also is the creator and producer of a Women's Gathering, The Temple of Belonging, that brings women back into right relationship with sisterhood, self, and source.
